Have you ever eaten oatmeal that smelled and tasted like garlic? I have. It happened one week after I decided to test out this new diet supplement Sensa or as some call it the sprinkle diet.

During the first week and by week two I had lost my sweet cravings and also noticed that my appetite had decreased. This is good news, but I like my oatmeal.

So, if you eat something for your sweet tooth, you sprinkle it with the product and you won’t have to worry about over indulging.

Permits you an initial choice of monthly shipments for six months. Once you take the company up on its trial offer, you are sent a six month supply of the product until you stop the shipments.

The supplement does not require any measuring, counting calories or avoiding your favorite foods. The affect it has over you is not immediate, but it kind of sneaks up on you. Before you know it you do not want the same foods you normally eat. It also seems to modify your behavior with your food choices without much of an effort on your part. It just happens.

The product works using your sense of smell and taste which is designed to help you obtain more satisfaction by eating less food. This is possible because the two senses stimulate an area in the brain called the “satiety center” which alerts your body when it is full or time for you to stop eating. With Sensa, it enhances flavor (the sensory input) which connects the brain-stomach together and triggers the full signal from your brain.

When you first start the program, you are dependent on the tastants to do the work. After you begin experiencing a difference in how you eat, intuitively you began to practice portion control and also develop healthier eating habits.

Some people may think that the smell of food could encourage you to eat more, but that is not the case. Your nose can actually help you eat less and lose weight. If you don’t want to spend the money for the product, there are other things you can do to help yourself lose weight by just putting your nose to work.

Take time to smell your food before you eat it. Chewing your food thoroughly releases odor molecules that help fool your brain into thinking you’re full. When eating your food hot, odor molecules are release which can affect your eating habits and satiety.
